David Riordan
David Riordan has worked for the past two decades as a creative director and producer for a variety of media based projects. He has extensive expertise in producing television and webisode programming for cable networks, DVD and I-Pod distribution, developing Internet web portals, designing games and creating virtual web based communities.
Most recently, he was the Executive Producer for "Lost in Woonsocket", the Random 1 documentary film and the Consulting Producer and Web Director for the Random 1 documentary television series on A&E. www.random1.com.
David has worked extensively as a consultant. Clients include the Scripps Networks, Universal-Vivendi-SierraHome, Mass Media, Lynch Entertainment, Triadigm Technology, Plyent Mobile Network, One World Journeys and Healthy Homeopathy Network.
Prior to becoming an independent producer, David directed interactive production groups at Time Warner, Disney Interactive and Philips Media, creating more than thirty interactive entertainment experiences for the Internet, CD-ROM and Interactive Television. He has won numerous awards from major interactive societies including seven Interactive Academy Awards.
Prior to his work as a producer, David also had a music career as a songwriter and producer with record albums on Capitol Records, United Artist Records and 20th Century Fox Records. He co-wrote the #1 hit song "Green Eyed Lady" with Sugarloaf.
